After many months of radio silence, the odd Global Flourishing group that I wrote about last year briefly stirred before going quiet again. Rest assured, if anything comes of this, I’ll be watching it closely and writing about it. Here are the messages that appeared on the group’s Discord channel last week:
In this week’s newsletter Hamish, one of our new committee members and an organiser of last year’s conference in Dunedin, has written about a topic close to his heart, and to his profession - Facilitated Communication. I talk about one of the parts of being skeptical that is almost risk-free - busting common misconceptions. Craig has been shooting fish in a barrel by looking into the latest news from Elon Musk’s Neuralink. And finally Bronwyn has documented some of the nonsense coming from another of our local kiwi channelers, this time sex-guru Bruce Lyon from Palmerston North, who has been channelling the it-girl of Ascended Masters.
