TikTok seems to be a never-ending source of bad advice that needs to be debunked, and this latest article in my series detailing the nonsense people say on TikTok involves taping your mouth shut. Specifically, this pseudo-medical idea involves you taping your mouth shut while you sleep, forcing you to breathe through your nose.
